Fundraising at Clintonville Academy is a shared experience between the students, staff, families, and friends. The goal of all fundraising efforts is to raise needed funds for building maintenance and upgrades, materials, special events, and other important initiatives.
In keeping with this philosophy, we have a variety of fundraising efforts throughout the year:
- Book Fair
- Gift Wrap and Holiday Items Sale
- Pampered Chef Fundraiser
- Dinner Out Nights Fundraisers
- CA Annual Fund
Donations to existing funds and the establishment of new ones are always welcome and are essential for the development and growth of the school. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. Corporate matching and individual gifts are always welcome at any time.
Parents are currently needed to volunteer at our largest fundraiser of the year, FunFest! Please click on the link below to sign up for your volunteer shifts.

It is EASY!! Kroger is offering rewards to non-profit organizations just for swiping your Kroger card when making a purchase (see website below for excluded purchases).
Go online to www.kroger.com and click “sign in/register”. If you aren’t already registered with the Kroger site, you register with an email address, create a password, and select your preferred Kroger location. Kroger will email you a link to activate your account. Click on that link and then sign in. Enter your 12 digit Plus card number and save it. Then in the “Community Rewards Information” box, type in Clintonville Academy and enter. It will bring up the school. Select it and save changes.
Within 7-10 business days of successfully registering your Kroger Plus Card, you will see at the bottom of your Kroger receipt “At your request, Kroger is donating to ‘Clintonville Academy’. It is so easy to help Clintonville Academy without any additional expense!!!

Just by linking your Giant Eagle Advantage card to our school you can help us earn points each time you shop at Giant Eagle. We then can redeem these point s for educational items. The cardholder does not have to have a child at Clintonville Academy. Friends family and neighbors can also register under our school. If you have registered in the past you DO NOT need to do so again unless your card number has changed .
There are two ways to register your card. Here’s how:
- By phone : Call 1-800-474-4777 Enter the 12 digit number that appears BELOW the barcode on the back of your card (start with the 4). Press 2 to add our school to your card When prompted enter our school ID which is : 3629.
- You can also enroll at this link on the Giant Eagle website http://www.gianteagle.com/Save/Supporting-Our-Schools/Apples-for-the-Students/. Our school ID number is 3629.

CA Annual Fund Campaign
The CA Annual Fund is a yearly initiative where Clintonville Academy alumni, current and former parents, grandparents, and friends of CA have an opportunity to express their commitment and gratitude for Clintonville Academy, by making a tax-deductible donation. All donations help to help bridge the gap between tuition income and the actual cost of running the school.
